What the role actually looks like
We are honest about what we ask of our team: genuine presence, genuine relationships, and genuine commitment to each child’s development.
Key Person responsibilities
You will be the primary attachment figure for a small group of children. You observe, document, plan, and communicate — building a relationship with the child and their family that makes the difference between a child who settles and one who thrives.
Leading curriculum sessions
Whether it is a cooking activity, a Montessori sensorial lesson, or an outdoor exploration, you will plan and lead meaningful learning experiences that align with both the Montessori curriculum and the EYFS framework.
Working with families
Our parents are partners. You will communicate daily, share observations, and build the kind of trust that makes this nursery the one families recommend.

Where you’ll be
ME Montessori is based at Bedgrove Community Centre, Ambleside, Aylesbury HP21 9TT. We are enrolling children from 5 months to 5 years, which means our team works across the full early years spectrum — from infants through to pre-school graduation.
